IS YOUR HEALTH GETTING YOU DOWN? THIS INFO COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

HUGE BREAKING NEWS!!! Just received my own official radio show website from Youngevity. Basically, you can listen to Doctor Joel Wallach's radio show entitled Dead Doctors Don't Lie from my site and his radio show archives 24/7 and search his huge database of past shows for a specific illness or disease that you would like addressed. Click on that link and bam, you'll have the past radio show where he talks about it and recommends supplements to take for that specific condition and a link to buy the specific products he recommends from me. Now, something you should know, l'm a walking testimony of taking nutritional supplements daily to treat a condition (took a year of trial and error but I got the line of supplements I need down to a science, no prescription involved) and having all the success doing so. I'm not ashamed to say this and because of my success, I feel a calling to steer others in the right direction. This site is the key to that and a dream come true because even before the Dr Joel Wallach's radio affiliate announced this, I was searching for a way to get Dr Wallach's message out in this way by simply sending people a link to hear this brilliant Doc speak about the benefits of nutritional supplementation. I'm so serious about this that my site also has my telephone number and email address so you can contact me and ask any question you want. Best Regards and best of luck!  Click the link to listen: http://deaddoctorsradio.com/100916152

Of Food & Comedy: Of Fish Heads And Juju Fish Addicts

Ahh, JuJu Fish are the poor mans Swedish Fish
I couldn't resist doing a post on my favorite cheap candy. Why... because they're bad for you but for some reason Juju Fish are a very addictive candy. As an added bonus they usually can be found for dirt cheap in a generous size bag. Cheap, addictive, and plenty to go around. Sounds like a very harmful way to get your weekly dose of sugar in one sitting. Well maybe not weekly dose but monthly dose.

Our friends the JuJu Fish find their best match with:

Game Day: The Mighty Buffalo Winged Sandwich

A little zest in life is always a good thing... so add some spice at lunch with this delicious buffalo winged chicken sandwich on toasted bread. It's very mighty and winged I might add and covered with a bit of Ranch which compliments my home made buffalo sauce which I smothered the chicken with. What's even better is that I ate this while watching my favorite NFL team this Sunday and they won! What better way to celebrate the start of football season by making this mighty sandwich.

The process for making this sandwich actually began the night before at dinner when we made Boneless Buffalo Wings with home made wing sauce and made it worth it by making a feast like portion. Of course, our stomach was not big as we thought and we had leftovers. Hey we love leftovers.... and better yet it allowed the wing sauce to throughly soak into the chicken overnight which made it mouth watering awesome for this sandwich. So long story short, that's how we suggest you go about making the buffalo chicken and have a "buffalo wing game day" kind of weekend like we did. Two or three days of eating Boneless Buffalo Wings and still going strong...not a bad deal. That's why you gotta head over to our post on our Off The Menu blog entitled Game Day: Boneless Buffalo Wings With Wing Sauce for step by step directions in making the Buffalo Wings. Hey, you didn't think we'd leave you without the recipe did you?

Ingredients for the sandwich (very simple once you make the chicken):
Boneless Buffalo Chicken
Ranch
Toasted bread or a hamburger bun will do just fine.

Serving suggestion with the sandwich? Nothing goes better with this spicy cool ranch buffalo sandwich than potato chips. In closing, we hope you're team wins as long as they don't beat ours! Even if they lose, hey you still got this very satisfying sandwich to comfort you and it will. Enjoy!

Of Food & Comedy: Sushi Appreciation

One expensive sushi lunch, I'm talking $36 bucks for one person but hey no food poisoning
Even if you don't like sushi, you have to admit that it's a beautiful art and takes a lot of skill to do right. I for one appreciate that and occasionally eat at a nice sushi restaurant. Notice how I said "nice". Sushi is not something that you should be eating at your local All You Can Eat Asian Buffet. If you are, please stop immediately because I could see this as a good way to get food poisoning. No we must appreciate the sushi so in order to properly do that, queue up the next video....

Foodie Snacks Recommends: Trader Joe's Maple Leaf Cookies (and the confession of new Trader Joe's junkie)

In case you haven't noticed (by reading my other blogs) lately, I've been on a snack binge of epic proportions. This foodie snack attack comes from the fact that I recently went to Trader Joe's for the first time and loaded up on nothing but junk funk. Not kidding, the healthiest thing that I bought was probably the 2.99 bottle of Trader Joe's wine also known as Two Buck Chuck. I guess because all it takes is two bucks to be able to chuck it down, just a guess. However, one of the best treats I bought was these awesomely good Maple Leaf Cookies.

Talk about addiction in the form of a cookie! Yes, this might be nothing but processed junk food but hey at least they aren't Oreos with HFCS. Don't get me wrong, I love the Oreos but I could do without the HFCS because it's a unnecessary ingredient that is very harmful to peoples health. No, like I was saying, these Trader Joe's Maple Leaf  cookies as they are called, may be processed but at least they are trying to make it less bad for people (if you the read the front of the box).

Anyway, that was my little health rant for the day, but getting back to these cookies. They were incredibly satisfying to my sweet tooth. They had a certain lightness to them that made them very crisp to the taste and the cream maple filling only complimented the texture of the cookie to every degree. I loved the sweetness of the maple cream too because it had a very distinct maple taste. I will certainly buy them again post haste and if your near a Trader Joe's I recommend you stop in and pick some up if you have sweet tooth to satisfy. They will more than do the job.

Chili Tacos: A Meal Idea To Be Proud Of!

Tonight's dinner was brought to me courtesy of Tuesday's night delicious chili dinner. Even though, it was Tuesday's leftovers, it hit all the right tastes buds for tonight. How did this happen? I thought leftovers were supposed to be bland and tasteless? This can be true at times but when you're trying to stretch your grocery budget those cold leftovers can suddenly become appealing. In other words, those leftovers become as good as what you make them to be. And I made it to be something extraordinary by simply frying some corn tortillas and throwing the already awesome chili in there with some savory cheddar cheese.

Oh yeah, in case your wondering about that chili recipe, you're going to want to get your hands on it because it is truly award winning in the taste department. I'm giving you a friendly Texas hookup so head on over to my other blog and get that warm and satisfying chili recipe! Make a huge batch as the recipe calls for, eat it up and enjoy the chili then come back to your fridge the next day.. heat that chili up on the stove, fry yourself some of those corn tortillas and there ya go! Just an idea to two step your way into two great nights of chili!

Foodie Snacks Recommends: The Healthier Chorizo Alternative For Your Eggs

Do you really love the taste of chorizo but don't like how unhealthy it is for you? Fear not, I have the same dilemma. For those that don't know what chorizo is, it is basically fatty pork sold in sausage links, at least the popular Mexican version is. I can't tell you how greasy it is, as I used to eat it as a kid, and if you don't drain the grease. it's so greasy it that will drip from your food. That's why it tastes so good after all.

One of the most well known ways to eat chorizo is to combine it in your eggs which is the only way I've really eaten it. I love putting it in my eggs because it's super tasty but even though I'm a foodie I still like to find healthier ways of eating the things I enjoy. Chorizo is one that I haven't conquered by doing just that, until now that is. In doing so, it feels like I've discovered the holy grail...that's because tonight for the first time, I ate an alternative to chorizo in my eggs where it tasted exactly the same as eating the unhealthy pork version. I'm really excited and I want to share it with you because I didn't think it was possible to do this. You'd never believe what we substituted the meat for. Ground turkey of all things!

How did we do it? Just by simply making a our famous ground turkey meat mix that we use for our weekly turkey taco meals. You can find that right on our Off The Menu blog in the post entitled Turkey Tacos: Healthy But Satisfying Then it's as easy as combining with your eggs.

On a final note, I highly recommend your turkey meat be exactly how the recipe calls for it because I don't think this would work as well if you just throw a taco seasoning on the ground turkey. We've perfected this ground turkey meat recipe over the years through trial and error and it will knock your socks off. Try it and you'll see.
